Rick Ross and his fiancée Lira Galore spent the evening all boo’d up in the house last night since Rozay is currently on house arrest. And Lira is still showing off that engagement ring. When you’re stuck in the house with an ankle monitor attached to your ankle, the best thing to do is to bring the party inside. And that’s what Rick Ross and his new booty model fiancée Lira Galore were busy doing last night.

Rozay is currently on house arrest after posting a $2 million bail in the assault case he has against him. He allegedly pistol-whipped and kidnapped one of his employees earlier this summer. While he’s out on bond, he’s only allowed to leave Georgia for business/work related purposes and he has to give the D.A. 5 days notice with all details of his travel plans.

So, since Rozay can’t hit the party scene like he normally does, the MMG honcho and his girl popped bottles and had their own "body party" in his Atlanta mansion last night. And it went a little something like this:

Well…what’s this? Rob Kardashian has emerged from being in hiding to post a picture of Karrueche on his Instagram. And, of course, everyone is talking about it.

Last night, Rob snapped a screenshot of a picture Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend texted him with the caption,“I like when she send me pictures,” followed by a slew of Asian couple emojis. Soon after, folks started popping off in the comments and he later deleted the pic…as some celebs love to do these days. We just don’t understand the logic of posting something you’re going to immediately delete. *Shrugs*

The screenshot started circulating on Instagram and on one account, kae hopped in the comments to confirm she and Rob are JUST friends and have been since high school. Hmph. We guess….

Oh…but peep how he saved her name in his phone. Ha!

Drake's new restaurant just opened....and his to fave ladies -- Serena Williams and mama Sandi Graham -- were front and center.  Check out the pics inside...

Right before she had to jet back to the States to do a double header on HSN to push her clothing line's newest collection, Serena Williams booked it to Toronto on Monday to celebrate her boo's big accomplishment.

In case you didn't know, Drake is making business moves in his hometown of Toronto.  The rapper just opened up a brand new restaurant called Fring's, in partnership with local chef Susor Lee.  So it's only right his faves come to the 6 to help him pop a few bottles and celebrate.

Serena Williams was spotted looking HOT arriving in a skin tight white pencil skirt and killer heels.  Drake's been an avid supporter of hers at many-a-tennis matches in different parts of the world.  So, she's returning the favor for her rumored boo.  Sweet!

Drizzy posted a pic of him and his mom Sandi sharing a hug during the festivities.

Even the Smiths made their way to the new eatery to sample the Asian inspired menu, likely because Jada and Jaden were in the city for papa Will Smith who's there filming Deadpool.

British hottie Chiwetel Ejiofor seems to have split from his Canadian girlfriend Sari Mercer.  He even has a new woman on his arm already.

This is the first time they have been spotted together since news broke that they reportedly got married. Neither of them have confirmed or denied the rumors (yet), but we definitely see that ring sitting on her ring finger.

Once on the carpet, Usher (who was cutting up in the audience with Jay Z at the Global Citizens Festival) flashed his pearly whites for the cameras before checking out the flick with his lady. Fun times.

We wonder if the G.O.O.D. rapper is working on new cuts for his upcoming LP, tentatively titled SWISH. No word on when he plans on dropping the new album since he said in a recent interview it’s going to come out whenever it’s ready. No telling when that may be.

In the meantime, Ye is gearing up to perform before President Barack Obama and a room full of a Democrats. Yeezy has signed on to perform for the Democratic National Committee on October 11th in Sand Fransisco to help raise some funds for the party.

Since Ciara considers Seattle home now, we’ll be seeing more of the R&B diva in the city. After cheering on her man, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, to a win while in the VIP box on Sunday, CiCi and her boo got into the do-gooder spirit for Russell’s weekly hospital visit yesterday.

The duo has made visits to the hospital together a few times now and it looks to be a new tradition in their budding relationship. So much drama.  And they just announced their pregnancy and engagement a month ago.

Last night, Ne-Yo's fiance deleted all pics of Ne-Yo off her account.  Yet, she left pics of her flossing her new engagement ring.  So, what gives?

Word around the internet -- and we're taking the sources with a grain of salt -- is that one half of the couple was accused of cheating and being caught with a stripper in D.C.  The credibility of the random source is questionable, but we all know how the internets take accusations as facts.

Interestingly, today, Crystal posted the above pic sharing a kiss with Ne-Yo.  She captioned it,"Forever! #TheSmith's."

She followed up with a ring-flossing pic:

Well looka here. Draya and her fiancé Orlando Scandrick are all hugged up in their first public photo together since their engagement fiasco. Let’s discuss inside…

“Basketball Wives: L.A.” star Draya and her Dallas Cowboys baller fiancé Orlando Scandrick (who's currently nursing an ACL & MCL injury) are proving to everyone that it’s really real…they’re officially back together.

As you know, Orlando and Draya’s on-again/off-again relationship was all over the “Innanets” when the NFL playercalled OFF his engagement to the reality star just 3 weeks after getting down on bended knee and gifting her with a $400K 6-carat diamond ring. 

When he called it off (in July), he revealed, “In hindsight, it was a poor decision to propose. I am anxious to move on with my life both personal and professionally.” Remember, he allegedly kicked her out of his home.

The following month, it was reported the twosome had worked through their differences and reconciled. Folks started wondering if it was all for show or PR. “BBW: LA” could use the ratings.  Now that they’re back together, it appears they’re ready to put their love back on front street. Orlando shared the above pic with the world.

Jay-Z & Beyonce were spotted leaving Del Posto restaurant after wining and dining on a date night in The Meatpacking Districk in NYC last night.  Bey was spotted in a long coat and wide leg pants and her fave fedora, while Jay rocked his own fedora and his Timbs and trench coat.

Now that Bey has slayed her performances at Made In America and a private show in Vegas, we can't wait to see what's next.  We know these two are up to something....

The Queen Bey posted this super cute pic of her and her hubby looking happy as pie on another recent date night.  And it's everything.

Down in Bey's hometown of Houston:

James Harden and Khloe Kardashian are still going strong.  The Houston Rockets star and new Adidas spokesman was spotted holding hands with his reality star girlfriend as they sat ringside at the UFC 192 event.  When your date night consists of ultimate fighting...this is how you do it, apparently.

Well what do we have here?  Over the weekend, Amber Rose confronted her past in two ways.  On one hand, she hosted her slutwalk where she attacked the naysayers, haters AND ex-boyfriends who've slammed her for her past as a stripper. 

On the other hand, she reunited with ex-husband Wiz Khalifa (who has thrown dirt on her name in public).   During an emotional speech at the slutwalk, Amber revealed that she has forgiven Wiz for the negative things he has said about her and he has also apologized.  Watch the video here.  They even hung out together this weekend...both posting pics on Instagram.

Sanaa Lathan and French Montana tried to slip in and out of the club together last night.  But we caught them...separately.  Pics inside...

Last night at The Nice Guy in L.A., a few celebs were spotted leaving the club after attending Director Jessy Terrero's birthday celebration. Two in particular, though, caught our eye. 

Rumored couple Sanaa Lathan and French Montana were both spotted leaving out....but not together.  They were caught exiting separately, but we all know the deal.

Sanaa made her exit with her homie Carlos "Spiff Tv" Suarez.

The two have been hitting the Hollywood party scene together, and even spent the evening together at a mutual friend's birthday bash recently. 

They seem to want to keep their "relationship" on the low, so they made sure to only be pictured separately.

We're going to go out on a limb and say all the times they've been pictured in the same place at the same time...after Sanaa was caught being extra flirtatious with him on his lap in the back of Diddy's car...are not coincidences.

Newlyweds Michael Jai White and Gillian White were spotted leaving Amy Ruth's restaurant in Harlem after Sunday brunch where they chowed down on some good 'ole soul food. 

In case you missed it, they got married in Thailand earlier this summer and are raising three beautiful daughters.

Also, the twosome will soon star together in the upcoming flick Never Back Down 3! Congrats....they look so happy.

When it comes to fun wedding day stories, no one is going to be able to compete with the Tobes.  The San Diego couple recently wed at one of the most prestigious golf courses in the United States and got one of the most exciting wedding presents of all time.

Yep.....that's who you think it is.

On their glorious wedding day (this past Sunday), newlyweds Brian and Stephanie Tobe were at The Lodge at Torrey Pines getting ready for the festivities when they heard that President Obama was in the area playing golf.

Their wedding was set for 4:30pm, right above the 18th hole and as they were prepping....they noticed their chance.  Stephanie told NBC San Diego, "We're stacked up against the window, looking out as we see him coming down across the green." Their photographers, Erin and Jeff Youngren, had been trying to see if the couple could get closer and were going back and forth on their walkie talkies.  Then everything starting coming into place.

The POTUS started shaking hands with other golfers, so Erin dashed into the bridal suite and said, girl get ready..."this is our chance!"  So Stephanie grabbed her long lace train and PUMPED IT! 

She said,"I picked up my wedding dress and just started running down the hall."  Along the way, her hubby Brian joined in the golf course dash. "Our friends are yelling and screaming the moment we come out onto the grass."  As she ran, only one thing was on her mind, "I gotta get there...I just had to get there."  

And she got there.  They both did! 

Stephanie added, "Honestly, I'm normally a pretty shy person, but man, yesterday, for the wedding day and in that moment, I didn't care about anything.  When I was running up to him, I just started crying.  I was in a state of complete shock.  I never thought we'd have a chance in the world to meet him."

Although the wedding got delayed an hour and a half because of all the commotion, the couple did get married and President Obama finished his game. 

We did not receive official word from The White House on how well he played.

Parents-to-be John Legend and Chrissy Teigen enjoyed a night out on the town in L.A. last night, which was their first public appearance since announcing they’re pregnant. Pics inside…

R&B crooner John Legend and his model wife Chrissy Teigen are embarking on an incredible journey. They recently announced they are PREGNANT with their first child. And if you’ve been keeping up with the couple, you’ll know that this has been a long time coming. But, it has finally happened and we’re uber excited for them.

Before hitting the party scene, the happy couple had to take care of Chrissy’s pregnancy cravings. John and Chrissy dined at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. We know the “FABLife” co-host has been craving pizza, but unfortunately pizza isn’t on the menu at Chateau Marmont. No worries though. She satisfied that craving earlier in the day:

I have come to realize that at some point in the day, I will order and consume a pizza so it might as well be in the morning

After dinner, the twosome trekked it to the La Mer Skincare 50th Celebration of an Icon held at Siren Studios for some fun.

And that's not all. The “All Of Me” singer was tapped to host the L.A. screening of the Netflix original film Beast Of No Nation. Pregnancy surely isn't slowing them down...just yet.

T.I. is apologizing again over his sexist comments about a woman president in a new video message. His wife Tiny even joins in on the conversation. Meanwhile LaLa and Carmelo Anthony do a cutesy date night in NYC. More inside….

We brought you Tip’s first apology via Twitter after he made those racist remarks about not voting for a female president. Now, he’s personally addressing the issue to his fans and via a new video clip.

In the clip, Tip apologizes once again (with no PR people around) for his insensitive comments. He reassured everyone he never intended for people to take his words literally. He said,“I know better than that. I know that my daughters as well as your daughters can lead this nation, as well as any other nation as long as they apply themselves, educate themselves and motivate themselves to do so.”

He went on a platform where they talk about a lot of outrageous topics, have a lot of barbshop topic and say some things that are borderline inappropriate for more laughs and shock value. He said this time he reached for a joke that was in very poor taste. He said that is not a reflection of how he feels or of who he is. He said he’s holding himself accountable and that his intentions were to only be humorous and not to be disrespect. Check it below:

TMZ photogs caught up with his wife Tiny at the airport where she revealed her husband CAN be a bit sexist at times but he doesn't do it out of malice. She said he believes women should be pampered and treated as princesses and that's why his statement may have come off wrong. Check it:

LaLa and Carmelo Anthony cleared their schedules for some quality coupledom time last night.

The Anthonys did a cutesy date night in NYC. The "Power" star and her NBA baller husband stepped out to see Hamilton on Broadway. 

Yesterday, Carmelo issued words of encouragement to Lamar Odom as he fights for his life after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. He tweeted:
